About the Hult PrizeHult Prize Logo

One of the world's largest student movements for social entrepreneurship

The Hult Prize challenges students and young founders to build for-profit ventures with measurable social and environmental impact. Teams work on solutions aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, then compete through campus, national, and global stages for the chance to unlock venture support and the $1M USD Hult Prize.

The Competition Journey

From on-campus momentum to the global Hult Prize pathway

On-Campus Activations

The journey starts on campus, where student founders organize, pitch early ideas, and build momentum around the Hult Prize challenge before reaching the national spotlight.

National Selection

The strongest teams emerging from campus activity move into the national process, where ideas are refined, teams are assessed, and the most promising ventures are selected for the next stage.

Mentorship and Refinement

Selected teams strengthen their business model, storytelling, and SDG alignment through feedback, guidance, and preparation ahead of the national finals.

National Finals

At the national finals, finalist teams present their ventures before judges, partners, and the wider community to compete for the Senegal title.

The Global Hult Prize Pathway

The winning team continues its journey through the wider Hult Prize ecosystem, gaining access to global visibility, venture support, and the pathway toward the $1M USD Hult Prize.
